Senior partner opportunity in Washington, D.C. for an attorney to join a major practice group covering Finance & Banking, Litigation and Intellectual Property. The role will focus on patent litigation matters while also working across finance and structured/leveraged finance matters.

The team seeks a market-facing partner able to bring significant client relationships, lead matters, and integrate with litigation and transactional specialists. This is a practice-focused role with both litigation and finance touchpoints.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience in patent litigation
Experience advising on leveraged and structured finance matters or demonstrated experience working with finance teams
Admission to practice in Washington, D.C., or eligibility for reciprocity/transferable bar admission
