The role will combine courtroom strategy, client relationship management, and cross-practice collaboration with finance-related teams on matters that touch both litigation and transactional work.

The successful candidate will run high-stakes patent disputes, supervise associates, and drive business development in the region. This is a partner-level position with autonomy to shape practice direction and grow a client base.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience in patent litigation
Proven trial or contested-IP matter record and ability to manage complex litigation teams
Strong business development skills and regional client relationships
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
