The successful candidate will lead client relationships, originate new business, supervise deal teams and work closely with regional and international colleagues on integrated transactions. This is an opportunity to shape and grow a market-facing practice in Riyadh.
- Proven track record advising on finance and capital markets transactions in the region
- Strong client development and origination capability
- Experience leading multidisciplinary deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers
- Deep familiarity with relevant regional regulatory and market frameworks
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
