Partner — Fund Finance / Funds — Paris

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a fund-focused finance practice from the firm's Paris office. The role will focus on advising fund managers, institutional investors and lenders on fund finance, fund formation and related transactional work across the French market and cross‑border matters.

The successful candidate will join a well-established international firm platform, take primary responsibility for originating and managing client relationships in France, and collaborate with teams across Europe to deliver complex financing and fund-related transactions.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner‑level experience advising on fund finance, fund formation or related fund transactions
• Established client relationships with fund managers, investors or lenders in France
• Fluency in French and English, with experience on cross‑border matters
