Partner, Fund Secondaries & GP Solutions — New York

Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to join its Fund Secondaries & GP Solutions practice in New York. The role will focus on cross-border secondaries, GP-led restructurings and capital solutions for private funds, working closely with teams across the US, UK and Germany.

The partner will take a senior leadership role within the group, originating and managing complex transactions, mentoring junior lawyers and coordinating multi-jurisdictional deals. The team advises GPs, sponsors and institutional investors on secondary market strategies and fund restructurings.

• Proven track record advising on fund secondaries, GP-led solutions or related private fund transactions
• Strong client origination and relationship-management skills
• Ability to lead cross-border transactions and mentor associates
