The practice handles complex transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters for providers, payers, life sciences companies, and investors, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic affiliations. The successful candidate will work alongside a deep bench of healthcare and life sciences lawyers and will have significant opportunities to build and expand their own practice.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Admitted to practice in Illinois (or eligible to waive in)
Deep experience in healthcare transactional and regulatory matters
Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated record of business development
Ability to lead and mentor junior lawyers within a collaborative team
