Leading healthcare and life-sciences practice seeking a partner to expand a regulatory and compliance offering in Providence. The role combines regulatory counseling with transactional and advisory work for health‑care and life‑sciences clients.

The team advises on state and federal healthcare regulatory matters and supports clients across product life cycles and commercial operations. The firm is looking for a partner who can both lead matters and develop client relationships regionally and nationally.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in healthcare regulatory and compliance matters, including life‑sciences work
• Proven track record of business development and client relationship management
• Bar admission or ability to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s); candidates with California or Texas experience/relationships are especially attractive
