Senior partner hire to lead and expand a healthcare-focused compliance and regulatory practice from the firm's San Francisco office. The role combines regulatory counseling for health‑care and life‑sciences clients with transactional support on commercial matters.

Ideal candidates will have deep experience advising health‑care and life‑sciences organizations on regulatory risk, enforcement defense, reimbursement and related transactional issues. The role includes business development responsibility and collaboration with teams across multiple U.S. offices, with a focus on California and Texas matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Substantial partner-level experience in healthcare regulatory and life‑sciences matters
• Proven track record of client development and relationship management
• Experience leading teams and working cross‑office on complex regulatory and transactional matters
• Active license to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
