Senior litigation partner role in the Madison office of a leading national law firm. The role will focus on healthcare and life‑sciences disputes with a heavy intellectual‑property litigation component, handling complex, high‑stakes matters for institutional and corporate clients.

The partner will lead case strategy and trial work, supervise a multi‑disciplinary team, and collaborate with other offices on cross‑jurisdictional matters. Significant client development and practice growth responsibility are included.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner‑level litigation experience in healthcare, life sciences and/or IP matters
Proven trial and courtroom experience and ability to lead complex, high‑stakes disputes
Track record of originating and developing client relationships and business development
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to obtain admission
