Senior partner hire to lead and grow a healthcare-focused regulatory and transactional practice in the firm’s San Francisco office. The role combines healthcare regulatory counseling, licensing work and transactional support across cross-practice teams.

Seeking a hands-on rainmaker who will advise healthcare clients on regulatory compliance, licensing matters and complex commercial transactions, and who can build a market-facing platform with existing client relationships. The position offers responsibility for originating work, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating with national practice colleagues.

• Proven partner-level experience in healthcare regulatory, licensing and related transactional work
• Track record of originating and managing client matters; experience leading cross-practice teams
• Strong client relationships in the healthcare sector and ability to grow a book of business
• Bar admission and eligibility to practice in California
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
