Senior partner opportunity in a national law firm seeking a trial-focused IP and antitrust partner to grow and lead matters out of the Dallas office. The role sits at the intersection of patent litigation (particularly life sciences and technology), antitrust litigation related to private equity transactions, and corporate/energy-related disputes.

The team handles high-stakes contested matters and works closely with corporate groups on transaction-related competition issues. The firm is looking for a partner with an established litigation practice who can both manage complex cases and originate new work across technology, life sciences, private equity and energy clients.

Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level experience in patent litigation and complex antitrust litigation
Track record advising on private equity-related competition matters and coordinating with corporate deal teams
Sector experience in life sciences, technology and/or energy, with trial and motion practice strengths
