Partner, Intellectual Property & Corporate — Phoenix

Established multi-practice firm seeks a lateral partner to join and grow its Intellectual Property and Corporate practices in Phoenix. The role is focused on bringing a strong, portable practice (particularly in patent/IP litigation and corporate transactional work) and working collaboratively across offices.

The firm offers flexible fee structures and cross-office collaboration opportunities; candidates should be prepared to work with domestic teams on litigation, corporate governance and related matters, and to help expand market presence in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in IP litigation and corporate matters
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships and mentoring teams
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple offices and practice groups
