Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Intellectual Property practice in Detroit. The role focuses on advising clients across patent and trademark matters, managing client relationships, and growing a high-value IP practice.

Successful candidates will lead and develop a team, collaborate with cross-practice groups, and have a demonstrated track record of originating business and delivering sophisticated IP solutions for corporate and technology clients.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established client development record and proven ability to originate and retain IP work
• Extensive experience handling patents, trademarks, and related IP counseling and enforcement matters
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and strong industry reputation
