Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Houston IP litigation team focused on patent disputes. The role involves leading complex patent litigation matters, managing trial-ready teams, and providing strategic guidance across high-stakes contested matters.

The successful candidate will play a central role in business development and client relationship management, work closely with cross-practice colleagues on technology-related disputes, and help grow the practice in the region.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience in patent litigation, including federal court and ITC matters
Proven track record of generating and developing client relationships and new matters
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex, high-value litigation to trial
