Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Houston IP litigation team focused on patent disputes. The role involves leading complex patent litigation matters, managing trial-ready teams, and providing strategic guidance across high-stakes contested matters.

The successful candidate will play a central role in business development and client relationship management, work closely with cross-practice colleagues on technology-related disputes, and help grow the practice in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in patent litigation, including federal court and ITC matters
• Proven track record of generating and developing client relationships and new matters
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex, high-value litigation to trial
