The successful candidate will join a busy, market-facing practice handling high-stakes IP disputes across technology and life-sciences sectors. The team offers significant support and a platform to grow an established litigation practice in the region.
- Proven patent litigation experience and a strong trial/commercial litigation background
- History of originating and managing client relationships; strong business development skills
- Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction and ability to practice in federal courts
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
