Partner, Intellectual Property Litigation — Los Angeles

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow an intellectual property litigation practice in Los Angeles. The role combines courtroom and patent-litigation experience with responsibility for developing client relationships and expanding a team.

The successful candidate will join a busy practice handling patent prosecution and patent litigation matters across technology and life-sciences clients. The position requires proven trial or dispositive-motion experience, client-facing skills, and a track record of originating and managing IP work.

• Established track record in patent litigation and prosecution
• Proven business development and client-management skills
• Leadership experience managing associates and running matters
• Bar admission in California or eligibility to practice in the jurisdiction
