Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation, Miami

Seeking a senior litigation partner to lead and expand a high‑value patent litigation practice in Miami. The role will handle complex patent disputes across federal courts and oversee trial preparation, expert engagement, and appellate work.

The partner will build and maintain client relationships, supervise associates and litigation teams, and work closely with co-counsel and experts. This is a client-facing leadership position with responsibility for business development and practice growth.

• Proven track record in patent litigation, including federal court and trial experience
• Experience managing and mentoring litigation teams and coordinating with experts
• Strong business development skills and existing client relationships
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
