Partner, Intellectual Property Litigation — New York

Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its New York Intellectual Property Litigation practice. The role focuses on handling patent litigation matters across federal courts and before the ITC, supervising litigation teams and driving case strategy.

The successful candidate will be expected to manage high‑value disputes, strengthen client relationships and contribute to business development efforts. This is a partner opportunity for an established patent litigator with a substantial portable practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in patent litigation
• Proven track record of leading litigation teams and managing complex cases
• Demonstrable business development and client relationship skills
