Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation, New York

Leading New York office seeks a partner to join a busy intellectual property litigation practice. The role involves handling high-stakes patent, trademark and trade secret disputes across federal courts and before the USPTO, with responsibility for both case strategy and courtroom advocacy.

The firm is looking for a partner who will take on a full client portfolio, drive business development, mentor junior litigators, and play a visible role in the IP practice nationally.

• Proven track record in IP litigation (patent, trademark, trade secret) and federal-court experience
• Demonstrable trial and dispositive-motion experience
• Strong business development skills and client relationship management
• Bar admission in New York (or willingness to obtain)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
