Senior lateral role for an experienced IP litigator to lead and expand a patent litigation practice in the firm's Orlando office. The role involves managing high-stakes patent disputes, directing trial and appellate work, and developing a national client base across technology sectors.

The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role within the litigation and IP teams, mentor associates, and collaborate with firm-wide practice groups to grow cross-border and domestic workstreams.
