Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation, Washington, D.C.

Leading law firm seeks a lateral equity partner to grow and lead an established intellectual property practice in Washington, D.C. The role combines patent prosecution, licensing and patent litigation, with regular engagement on Hatch-Waxman matters and ITC Section 337 investigations.

The partner will supervise and develop a team, manage client relationships, and drive business development across contentious and transactional IP work. Candidates should be able to originate and convert new client opportunities while handling high-stakes litigation and regulatory proceedings.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience in patent prosecution and patent litigation, including Hatch-Waxman AND AND AND ITC/Section 337 matters
• Proven record of client origination and practice development
• Experience managing teams and mentoring associates
