Leading national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its West Palm Beach office to strengthen the patent litigation practice. The role focuses on leading litigation matters, supervising associates, and advising sophisticated clients on patent enforcement and defense.

The partner will manage case strategy through trial, collaborate with litigation and technical teams, and play an active role in business development to grow the practice in the region.

• Significant experience in patent litigation, including claim construction and trial experience
• Admissions to the relevant state bar and ability to practice in federal courts
• Proven team leadership and matter management skills
• Strong business development track record and client-management experience
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
