Established national law firm seeks an experienced IP partner to strengthen its Los Angeles office. The role focuses on patent and trademark work, counseling clients on infringement matters and managing complex IP disputes.

Ideal candidate will lead client relationships, develop business in the tech/media/telecom space, and collaborate with cross-office teams. The practice specifically avoids streaming-platform matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-track record in patent and trademark work, including infringement litigation or counseling
• Bar admission in California (or ability to obtain) and strong courtroom or ADR experience
• Demonstrated client development and team leadership skills
