Partner, Intellectual Property — Palo Alto

Top-tier U.S. office seeking an experienced IP partner to expand and lead patent-focused work from its Palo Alto location. The role involves managing complex patent litigation and counseling matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and partnering with cross-practice teams on technology-driven disputes and transactions.

The successful candidate will take a client-facing leadership role, drive business development in the region, and contribute to growth of an established IP practice. The office offers strong institutional support and resources for substantial litigation and prosecution matters.

• Proven track record at partner level in patent litigation and client relationship management
• Significant trial or contested-proceeding experience preferred; strong briefing and oral advocacy skills
• Technical background in relevant technology areas and ability to supervise prosecution where needed
• Demonstrated business development capability
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
