Apply in confidence →Leading New York office seeking a partner to grow and lead the Intellectual Property and Technology practice. The role focuses on advising clients across telecom and life sciences sectors on IP strategy, licensing, technology transactions and related commercial matters.
The partner will steward and expand client relationships, lead deal teams, mentor associates, and work closely with cross-practice groups on complex, commercial IP matters. This is a client-facing role with significant business-development expectations.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner-level track record in IP and technology transactions, licensing, or related counseling
- Proven client development and relationship-management skills in telecom and/or life sciences sectors
- Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in New York
