Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy international litigation team in Los Angeles. The role focuses on international arbitration and cross-border disputes, leading complex matters and representing corporate and government-side clients in high-stakes proceedings.

The successful candidate will be a client-facing leader who develops and expands business, supervises associate teams, and works closely with a global disputes platform. The position offers broad institutional support and collaboration on multi-jurisdictional matters.

• Admitted to practice in California (or able to transfer promptly)
• Significant experience in international arbitration and cross-border litigation
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing large, complex matters
• Demonstrable business development and client management skills
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
