Partner — International Trade

Senior lateral hire to lead and grow an established international trade practice focused on trade remedy litigation, trade policy matters and trade compliance. The role involves handling anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) proceedings, advising on tariff-related policy developments, and counselling clients on compliance with U.S. trade laws.

The position offers a client-facing leadership role across litigation and regulatory workstreams, working with in-house counsel, industry groups and government stakeholders on tariff and trade-policy issues. Candidates should be prepared to build and manage a team and to drive new business development.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in AD/CVD and other trade remedy litigation
• Experience advising on trade policy and tariff-related regulatory developments
• Demonstrated client origination and team leadership abilities
