Partner, Investment Funds (Fund Formation) — London

Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to join its London investment funds team, with a primary focus on private equity fund formation and related investment management work. The role will involve advising institutional investors and sponsors on fund structures, documentation and regulatory considerations.

This is a hire-for-growth role with multiple partner-level opportunities possible. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-border deal and corporate teams, supporting UK-led matters and coordinating with colleagues in North America and other jurisdictions.
