Seeking a partner to lead and grow a national IP litigation practice focused on healthcare and life sciences. The role will handle high-stakes patent and related IP disputes for clients across the healthcare sector, working closely with litigation and transactional teams.

The successful candidate will be a client-facing leader responsible for originating work, overseeing case strategy, and mentoring associates. This position offers significant practice-development resources and collaboration with experienced multidisciplinary teams.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in IP litigation, ideally with experience in healthcare or life-sciences matters
• Extensive trial and motion practice experience and strong courtroom presence
