Partner — Leveraged & Structured Finance, New York

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a busy leveraged and structured finance practice in New York. The role focuses on originating and executing complex finance transactions, advising borrowers and lenders, and driving client development.

Expect to lead deal teams, mentor senior associates and counsel, and collaborate across finance, restructuring and related practices. The team advises on leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and bespoke structured credit solutions.

• Proven track record advising on leveraged acquisitions, sponsor financings and structured credit transactions
• Strong client development and origination skills with established New York market relationships
• Experience managing teams and cross-practice engagements
