Partner — Litigation, Antitrust & Intellectual Property, New York

Leading national firm seeks a partner to join its New York litigation team with a focus on antitrust and patent litigation. The role will handle high-stakes matters in private equity, life sciences and technology sectors and work closely with cross-office teams.

The team is noted for patent litigation in life sciences/tech and antitrust disputes tied to private equity transactions. The firm operates an open compensation system and uses senior-level rates (noted at $1100).

• Portable book of business of $3M (USD)
• Established trial and appellate litigation experience, including significant patent litigation exposure
• Substantive antitrust litigation experience, particularly matters connected to private equity
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships in targeted industries
• Admission to the New York bar or eligibility to become admitted
