Partner, Litigation (Antitrust & IP) — Washington, D.C.

Seeking a lateral partner to join a national litigation practice and lead high‑stakes antitrust and patent litigation matters from the Washington, D.C. office. The role focuses on complex disputes involving private equity transactions, life‑sciences and technology clients, and multi‑jurisdictional litigation.

The successful candidate will litigate at trial and appellate levels, manage and develop a team of litigators, and originate and grow client relationships. This is an opportunity to take on visible matters, work with sophisticated corporate clients, and contribute to business development across related practice areas.

• Established partner with a proven track record in antitrust and/or patent litigation
• Demonstrated trial and motion practice experience in complex, bet‑the‑company matters
• Experience with matters involving private equity, life sciences, or technology clients
• Portable book of business of $3M (USD)
• Strong client development and team leadership skills
