An established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. office, anchoring a practice that bridges antitrust and competition litigation with intellectual property disputes. The role combines complex antitrust matters—including those connected to private equity—with patent litigation focused on the life sciences and technology sectors.

The firm maintains notable industry depth across private equity, life sciences, technology, and energy. This position supports clients across the United States, with the energy practice also serving the firm's regional Texas presence.

Candidates with a substantial following in antitrust and/or patent litigation and a demonstrated ability to generate business will find a platform well-suited to cross-disciplinary collaboration among litigation, competition, and IP teams.

• Admission to practice law in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
• Proven experience in antitrust and competition litigation and/or patent litigation
• Experience serving clients in life sciences, technology, and private equity-related sectors
• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
