Partner, Litigation — Chicago

Established law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Chicago litigation team. The role will focus on leading complex commercial litigation matters and expanding the practice in the Midwest market.

Ideal candidates will have a track record of originating and managing significant litigation matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and developing client relationships. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for both case strategy and business development.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience handling complex commercial litigation matters
• Eligible to practice in Illinois (active bar admission preferred)
• Proven business development and client relationship skills; experience mentoring associates
