Partner — Litigation & Corporate, Dallas

Senior partner-level role to lead and grow litigation and corporate work from the Dallas office. The role combines handling complex commercial disputes and advising on corporate governance and transactional matters for regional and national clients.

The partner will lead client engagements, build and supervise teams, and drive business development across litigation and corporate matters. Candidates should be comfortable working on high‑value, often cross‑border matters and collaborating with practice colleagues in other offices.

• Portable book of business of $6M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation and corporate practice with demonstrable client relationships
• Experience supervising teams and managing matters from intake through resolution
