Partner, Litigation & Corporate — Houston

Established international law firm is seeking a partner to join its Houston office to lead litigation matters and support corporate governance work. The role combines courtroom-facing litigation leadership with strategic client advisory on governance and transactional issues.

The successful candidate will join an integrated practice team, manage complex disputes, mentor junior lawyers, and develop client relationships across industry sectors. This is a high-visibility role with significant client contact and business-development expectations.

• Portable book of business of $6M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of leading complex commercial litigation matters
• Demonstrated experience advising on corporate governance and cross-border corporate issues
• Strong business development and client-management skills; experience mentoring associates
• Active bar admission in Texas or eligibility to obtain admission
