Partner — Litigation & Corporate, Houston

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to grow its Houston litigation and corporate capabilities. The role focuses on high-value commercial litigation and complex corporate transactions across industry sectors including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive.

Preference will be given to team-led moves that meaningfully expand transactional capacity and commercial litigation bench strength. The group has a cross-border market footprint that includes New York, Northern California, Texas, London and Germany.

• Proven partner-level track record in commercial litigation and corporate transactions
• History of leading or integrating teams rather than single-player moves
• Strong sector experience in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive
• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
