Partner – Litigation & Corporate, London

Seeking an equity partner to lead and grow a cross-border litigation and corporate practice from the London office. The role prioritises high-value patent and commercial litigation alongside corporate and employee-benefits-related work, with substantial UK–US cooperation.

Ideal candidate will have an established client base, experience handling complex IP and healthcare-related disputes (including FCA-style matters), and the ability to develop opportunities across antitrust, M&A-adjacent issues and trade‑secret matters. The firm offers a platform to build a regional and transatlantic practice.

• Portable book of business of ~$2M+ (USD)
• Established national or international litigation and corporate practice with strong IP (patent/commercial) experience
• Track record of originating and leading client matters and cross-border instructions
• Admission or ability to qualify in relevant UK and/or US jurisdictions; leadership and mentoring experience
