Leading international law firm seeks a partner to expand a combined commercial litigation and corporate transactions practice in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on high‑value commercial disputes and cross‑border transactional work across regulated and commercial sectors.

Ideal candidates will be able to lead and grow teams, drive origination, and work with clients in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and related industries. The team prioritizes collective moves (groups/teams) and looks for partners with a demonstrated track record of building sustainable transactional and litigation pipelines.

• Demonstrated history of leading and mentoring litigation and transactional teams
• Sector experience in life sciences, financial services, technology or energy
• Strong cross‑border and transactional dispute experience
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
