Partner, Litigation & Employment — Anchorage

National law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow a trial-focused practice in Anchorage. The role will handle commercial litigation, employment and labor matters, professional liability and healthcare- and construction-related disputes.

The partner will manage trial and arbitration work, supervise associates, and work closely with regional and national teams to deliver client-facing solutions. This is an opportunity to build a market presence in Alaska while leveraging broader firm resources.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level litigation experience, including trial and arbitration
• Demonstrated track record in employment/labor and professional liability matters; experience in healthcare and construction disputes preferred
• Strong business development skills and ability to manage and mentor teams
• Active bar admission in Alaska or eligibility for admission
