Partner, Litigation & Employment — Boston

Senior lawyer sought to lead and grow a litigation-focused practice in Boston, with responsibilities spanning employment & labor, healthcare-related disputes and construction litigation. The role combines client development, case oversight and courtroom advocacy across commercial and professional-liability matters.

The partner will supervise teams, drive business generation, and work with multidisciplinary groups to handle complex, high-exposure matters for a diverse private-client base. This is a front-facing role with significant opportunities to expand local and regional work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established litigation and employment practice with significant trial and motion experience
• Proven client development record and ability to manage partner-level relationships
• Experience supervising teams and mentoring junior lawyers
