Partner — Litigation & Employment, Dallas

Well-established national law firm is seeking a partner to expand its litigation and employment practice in Dallas. The role focuses on commercial litigation, employment and labor matters, and matters arising in healthcare, professional liability and construction sectors.

The partner will handle trial and appellate work, develop and maintain client relationships, mentor associates, and collaborate across practice groups to grow regional workstreams.

• Proven trial and courtroom experience in commercial litigation and employment matters
• Track record of originating and growing client relationships; business development skills
• Experience with healthcare, professional liability or construction-related disputes preferred
• Licensed to practice in Texas (or eligible for admission)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
