Partner — Litigation & Employment (Lincoln)

Established national law firm seeks a partner to lead and grow its litigation and labor & employment practice in the Lincoln office. The role will handle complex commercial litigation matters, employment disputes, professional liability, healthcare-related litigation, and construction disputes.

The successful candidate will join a multi-practice team, take on client-facing responsibility, and work with local and national colleagues on regional matters. This is a leadership-facing role with opportunities to develop client relationships and originate new work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level litigation and labor & employment experience
• Track record on professional liability, healthcare or construction disputes
• Demonstrated client development and team leadership skills
