Apply in confidence →Established national law firm seeks a litigation partner to join its Dallas practice focusing on healthcare defense and complex business litigation. The role concentrates on False Claims Act defense, managed-care disputes and high-stakes commercial matters involving cybersecurity, AI and cryptocurrency issues.
The partner will lead client engagements, supervise litigation teams, drive case strategy through trial and dispositive motion practice, and play a significant role in business development for the practice group.
- Proven trial and appellate litigation experience in healthcare and related commercial disputes
- Deep experience defending False Claims Act and managed-care matters; familiarity with cybersecurity, AI or cryptocurrency disputes a plus
- Strong client-development track record and ability to originate and grow matters
- Licensed to practice in Texas (or able to obtain) and able to lead client teams in Dallas
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
