Partner, Litigation (Healthcare & Technology) — Boston

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a litigation practice focused on healthcare and technology disputes. The role will handle complex civil litigation matters, including defense work under healthcare regulatory regimes and technology-related commercial and cybersecurity disputes.

The partner will originate and manage significant matters and teams, work with cross-practice specialists, and develop business across healthcare, AI, cyber, and related emerging-technology issues. This is a senior leadership role within an established litigation platform in Boston.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established record of handling complex civil litigation, including healthcare regulatory and False Claims Act defense
• Experience with technology-related disputes (AI, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency and related commercial matters)
• Proven origination and client-development skills and experience leading litigation teams
• Admission to the Massachusetts bar or eligibility to obtain admission
