Apply in confidence →Established national law firm seeks a partner to expand its Washington, D.C. litigation practice focused on healthcare and technology matters. The role will lead defense work in healthcare disputes and False Claims Act matters, and handle complex commercial litigation involving cybersecurity, AI and cryptocurrency-related issues.
The partner will develop client strategy, supervise litigation teams, and originate and maintain client relationships across regulated healthcare and technology sectors. This is a rainmaking role with significant client-facing and practice-development responsibilities.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Track record defending False Claims Act and managed-care litigation or similar healthcare disputes
- Demonstrated experience with technology-related litigation (cybersecurity, AI, cryptocurrency)
- Significant partner-level litigation experience and proven business development skills
