Partner, Litigation & Healthcare — Washington, D.C.

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to grow and lead its Healthcare and Litigation practice in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on defending healthcare clients in regulatory and civil matters, including False Claims Act defense, managed care disputes, and technology-related litigation.

The partner will work with cross-disciplinary teams across healthcare, cybersecurity and emerging-technology matters, developing client relationships and supervising case teams. This is a client-facing role with a mix of courtroom, regulatory and internal counseling work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience defending healthcare clients in FCA and related civil/regulatory litigation
• Proven track record of originating and expanding client relationships
• Admission to practice and standing in the relevant jurisdiction; ability to lead and mentor teams
