An established law firm is seeking a laterals partner to join its Litigation, Intellectual Property, and Antitrust & Competition practice in New York. This is an opportunity for a seasoned trial and advisory lawyer to help lead and expand a dynamic, cross-disciplinary offering that sits at the intersection of complex commercial disputes, patent litigation, and competition matters.

The successful candidate will work across a broad range of high-stakes disputes, with a particular emphasis on patent litigation in the life sciences and technology sectors. On the antitrust side, the role involves representing clients in competition matters, frequently in connection with private equity and M&A transactions. The practice is industry-focused, with notable activity in private equity, life sciences, technology, and energy.

This is a partner-level lateral search for a lawyer with a demonstrable track record of client development and the ability to collaborate across offices and practices. The firm operates a transparent, open compensation model.

Admitted to practice in New York (or eligible to waive in)
Significant experience in complex litigation, with depth in patent litigation and/or antitrust and competition matters
Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships
Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
