Partner — Litigation, Intellectual Property & Corporate (Phoenix)

Leading national/international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Phoenix office to grow litigation, intellectual property and corporate practices. The role focuses on bringing and developing a high-value, portable practice while collaborating with colleagues across a multi-office platform.

Priority areas include patent and IP litigation, mass tort/product liability, and corporate governance/transactions. The successful candidate will have a track record of originating work, managing teams, and working cross-office on significant matters.

• Portable book of business of $850k+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in litigation, IP litigation, or corporate practice
• Proven business development record and client origination
• Ability to manage and mentor junior lawyers and work across offices
