Apply in confidence →A partner-level appointment in this practice is decided by what the practice can carry across, far more than on any headline figure.
A highly regarded law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas office and help lead a dynamic litigation practice spanning intellectual property and antitrust matters. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in patent litigation with a focus on life sciences and technology, as well as antitrust litigation connected to private equity.
The role offers a platform to serve clients across key industries, including private equity, life sciences, technology, and energy. The firm has a strong Texas presence and provides an open compensation system with competitive rates.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an established partner with a portable book of business to join a collaborative and expanding team.
- Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
- Extensive experience in patent litigation, with a focus on life sciences and technology
- Background in antitrust and competition litigation, ideally tied to private equity
- Admission to the Texas bar or ability to obtain admission
- Proven track record of business development and client leadership
Where the match is not obvious from the description, it is still worth a conversation — the specification tends to follow the practice.
