Established national law firm seeking a partner to expand its Litigation and Intellectual Property capability in Houston. The firm is prioritizing growth in corporate work, patent/IP litigation and mass tort/product liability matters, and is open to partners with portable practices who can collaborate across offices.

Compensation and partnership terms are flexible and handled on a case-by-case basis. The practice offers collaborative opportunities with established teams across multiple U.S. offices and a billing model that varies by practice group.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner track record in litigation, IP litigation or mass tort/product liability
• Experience developing and managing client relationships and business development across offices
• Ability to contribute to or lead corporate governance and related corporate matters
